The Leadership Institute provides innovative and hands-on development programmes through partnerships with leading experts and global faculty – fostering an environment of empowerment and growth.
Launched in May 2015, the Leadership Institute provides innovative and hands-on leadership development to existing and new team members across the organisation. Our goal is to inspire others to spearhead the business’ future ambitions, and to shape and promote a common Majid Al Futtaim culture based on the company’s core values – to be bold, passionate and together.

The School of Great Moments provides guidance to our people (no matter where they are located) on why and how to shift their mindset and ‘business as usual’ behavior towards an obsession with customer experience (CX).

Culture Programmes
A strong corporate culture is a reflection of the organisation’s vision and values. It defines the way people operate and keeps all team members resilient to change. By unfreezing participants’ knowledge of culture-shaping ideology, and reinforcing the importance of shared mindsets, our culture sessions support our people in operating as a single team with a shared vision.
Induction Programmes
As our new joiners embark on their career at Majid Al Futtaim, we want to ensure they have the foundations needed to grow themselves and the organisation.
