Any conversations you have with a manager, the Ethics Panel or via the Ethics Hotline are treated with absolute confidentiality. We operate a zero tolerance policy in respect to breaching that confidentiality.
Reporting to the CEO, the Ethics Panel is a multidisciplinary independent body, present in each Operating Company with representation from Compliance, Legal and Human Capital.
