Beirut, Lebanon, 22 April 2013 - VOX Cinemas, the region’s most innovative and now largest cinema operator has arrived in Beirut offering Lebanese movie-goers the most exciting VIP cinema experience to date. Under the Majid Al Futtaim Ventures arm, VOX Cinemas has launched the biggest, state of the art luxurious cinema venue at Beirut City Centre. Housing 15 screens (9 of which are 3D enabled), 4 VOX GOLD luxury theatres, the biggest screen in Beirut with its VOX MAX 20 meter screen, add in gourmet dining options in its VOX Café and candybars, and movie goers are in for a real treat.

All 15 of VOX Cinemas’ screens at Beirut City Centre are fully operational, including the impressive VOX MAX screen – a first for the country. Boasting a 20-metre wide screen with 100% digital images, movie-goers will be able to enjoy a realistic and fully immersive cinema experience. VOX MAX also features Dolby Surround 7.1 multi-channel surround systems, 4K digital projection – offering four times the resolution and pixel quality than regular screens and spacious MAX seats for extra comfort.
