Wahooo! Waterpark Launches Swimming Lessons with ‘Swim Nation’

Manama, Bahrain: Swimming lessons for children are now being offered at Wahooo Waterpark Bahrain as part of an ongoing initiative to develop new and exciting offerings for guests. Wahooo! welcomed members of the media with their children to enjoy complimentary swimming lessons to launch the waterpark’s new ‘Swim Nation’ initiative on Saturday 21st January 2012.

“Wahooo! is a fun day out for all the family but we also believe that there are also countless learning opportunities at our facility - from younger children who are discovering how water works and about the importance of water safety to our older guests who want to improve their skills. We look forward to welcoming guests to enjoy this new addition to Wahooo’s attractions” said Shama Uchil, Marketing manager, Wahooo Waterpark Bahrain.

Saturday’s event saw children take to waters of the Wahooo pool to learn swimming under the careful eye of Wahooo’s internationally certified instructors. All Wahooo instructors have international certification from the STA (Swimming Teacher’s Association, UK).

As a year-round temperature controlled indoor/outdoor waterpark at 30 degrees C, including heated pools, the waterpark is the perfect destination for those wanting to learn for the first time or improve their skills whether for the winter or the summer months.

The first 50 children to join Swim Nation will win free Wahooo tickets and a special waterproof watch from Wahooo!
