Majid Al Futtaim Scoops Two Awards at the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme organized by the Department of Economic Development

Dubai, UAE: Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping mall, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East and North Africa, has announced today that its cinema arm, Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas and its financial services arm, Majid Al Futtaim Finance have once again scooped two awards at the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme organized by the Department of Economic Development.

Majid Al Futtaim Cinema and Majid Al Futtaim Finance were both recognized for their commitment to creating great moments for their customers at a ceremony held last week.

After outperforming all companies in the category, Majid Al Futtaim Finance received the Best Service Performance Brand award in the Contact Center category for the second year in a row for its leading customer service standards.

These awards build on the recognitions that Majid Al Futtaim has received over the years for its customer experience leadership including accolades for Majid Al Futtaim Finance for Best Service Performance Outlet in 2014 and 2015 and Business Excellence Award for Service Excellence for two consecutive years from the Department of Economic Development (DED). In 2015, Majid Al Futtaim Leisure & Entertainment also won the Best Service Performance Brand for its Ski Dubai destination.
