City Centre Bahrain to Host a Star-Studded Fashion Weekend

Manama, Bahrain – City Centre Bahrain is rolling out the red carpet as it prepares to launch a glamourous three-day Fashion Weekend from October 16th-18th with no less than 13 catwalk shows featuring the hottest international and regional brands. Kick starting the festivities in grand style, rising star and Emirati singer Balqees Ahmed Fathi will be making an exclusive appearance setting the stage for an electrifying, fashion-infused weekend, making City Centre Bahrain the pre-eminent destination to be this season.

An emerging fashion icon herself, the talented Balqees will be performing in a show-stopping concert at the Central Galleria on October 16th at 10:00pm for her growing legion of fans across the region. Having been named the best young talent at the L’Officiel Arab Woman Awards in 2012, Balqees is a Khaleeji pop sensation known for her ability to sing in various dialects, resonating with audiences across the Gulf.  A multi-talented musician who was raised within a musical family - she is the daughter of Yemen’s most famous composer and singer Fathi Ahmed, Balqees’ exclusive performance will dazzle fans at City Centre Bahrain this Fashion Weekend.
