The Induction Academy offers an engaging and immersive onboarding experience for new hires, creating a sense of belonging and aligning them with Majid Al Futtaim’s culture, values, and business operations. Launched in 2024, this gamified programme, powered by the “One MAF World” platform, accelerates integration and sets the foundation for success across the organisation.
In partnership with Harvard, the People Management Academy is designed to strengthen the skills and capabilities of 2,000 middle managers across Majid Al Futtaim. It combines core learning with personalised elective modules, enabling managers to effectively contribute to our strategic objectives. As a key part of our transformative ‘refounding’ journey, this academy aims to cultivate a strong organisational culture and drive operational excellence.
In collaboration with renowned partners such as MIT, Arist, ESCP Business School, and NUS Business School, the AI Academy equips MAFers with the skills to use AI responsibly and innovatively. Tailored for senior leaders, tech developers, and end users, the academy leverages our expertise alongside global industry insights to position Majid Al Futtaim as a leading AI education hub in the region.
Our UAE Nationals’ Leadership Academy empowers Emirati leaders to define, articulate, and amplify their unique leadership brand, enhancing their personal and professional influence in alignment with cultural values and organisational goals. The UAE Nationals’ Leadership Academy features programmes and bespoke modules from renowned business schools such as Stanford, Wharton, Duke, IMD, Yale, and Columbia.
The Women in Leadership & Male Allyship Academy is dedicated to creating more inclusive workplaces through networks of both female and male leaders at Majid Al Futtaim. Through shared appreciation and understanding, this academy aims to cultivate leadership excellence across the group, fostering a connected, collaborative and inclusive environment.
MAF Leads is the group’s flagship global leadership speaker series, connecting global experts to leaders across Majid Al Futtaim to inspire an environment of continuous leadership development and excellence. Previous MAF Leads speakers include Professor Boris Groysberg, Dr. Tim Clark, and former Professor Hirotaka Takeuchi, among many others.
