Our UAE Nationals’ Leadership Academy empowers Emirati leaders to define, articulate, and amplify their unique leadership brand, enhancing their personal and professional influence in alignment with cultural values and organisational goals. The UAE Nationals’ Leadership Academy features programmes and bespoke modules from renowned business schools such as Stanford, Wharton, Duke, IMD, Yale, and Columbia.
The Women in Leadership & Male Allyship Academy is dedicated to creating more inclusive workplaces through networks of both female and male leaders at Majid Al Futtaim. Through shared appreciation and understanding, this academy aims to cultivate leadership excellence across the group, fostering a connected, collaborative and inclusive environment.
MAF Leads is the group’s flagship global leadership speaker series, connecting global experts to leaders across Majid Al Futtaim to inspire an environment of continuous leadership development and excellence. Previous MAF Leads speakers include Professor Boris Groysberg, Dr. Tim Clark, and former Professor Hirotaka Takeuchi, among many others.
Our annual learning month provides employees with valuable insights into future-focused skills and industry trends through engaging workshops led by experts and thought leaders. It helps employees to enhance their skills, broaden their knowledge, and advance their personal and professional growth. We build a culture of growth by developing strong communities both within and beyond Majid Al Futtaim. Internally, the Learning & Leadership Centre of Excellence ensures consistent and meaningful learning and leadership experiences across the organisation by providing clear strategies and driving collaboration with and across the L&D teams in each business, building an engaged learning community that sparks innovation and drives collective success.
Collaborations with the Harvard Learning Innovation Lab, the World Economic Forum’s Chief Learning Officers community and Future Skills Alliance, keep us at the forefront of industry trends. By hosting conferences, roundtables, and workshops with renowned thought leaders, we foster knowledge exchange, spark innovation, and drive collective growth that extends beyond Majid Al Futtaim, allowing us to contribute to the future of learning on a global scale.
